This is a high-volume barista position inside a fast-paced, full-service restaurant ☕️🔥
You’re not just making coffee, you’re keeping the morning running.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, and specialty beverages with consistency and speed ☕️⚡️

• Dial in espresso and maintain drink quality throughout service 🎯

• Handle solo shifts during weekdays and collaborate on weekends 🤝

• Keep the barista station clean, stocked, and organized at all times 🧼

• Maintain a strong sense of urgency during peak hours ⏱️

• Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house team 🗣️

• Assist in other areas when needed (host stand, expo support, light service tasks) 🔄

Pay Structure:

• Hourly wage + tips 💰

• Keep your own tips during weekday shifts 💵

• Weekend tips are shared with the second barista 🤝

• Additional tip-outs from servers for espresso drinks ☕️

Housing & Perks:

• Shared, on-island housing available (~$75/week) 🏝️

Season:

• Late April through November 📅
