We're looking for an experienced Lead Line Cook to join our team for the remainder of the season. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen and enjoys mentoring others while cooking at a high level. 

This position was created to provide strong leadership on the line for the rest of the season, with the potential to grow into a year-round Sous Chef position for the right candidate.

What You'll Do

• Lead service on the line while maintaining high culinary standards.

• Work alongside the Executive Chef to execute daily service.

• Support and coach line cooks, maintaining consistency and teamwork.

• Help with prep, station organization, quality control, and food safety.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.

We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional kitchen experience.

• Previous lead line, supervisor, or kitchen leadership experience preferred.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to stay calm and focused during high-volume service.

• A positive attitude and willingness to lead by example.
