Live In Ski Lodge Manager w/ On Site Housing Included. Year Round role in Downtown Breckenridge!

Are you passionate about hospitality and mountain living? We are seeking a responsible, personable on-site Manager to oversee a charming 10-unit boutique hotel in the heart of Breckenridge, Colorado! Ski in trail access!

Role Overview:

• As the live-in manager, you'll be the face of the property and the primary point of contact for guests. You’ll help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors by maintaining the property, guest service, handling basic operational needs and some housekeeping duties. 

• Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests during check-in/check-out

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and order throughout the property

• Remove snow from walkways and the parking lot in the winter months, water flowers during summer months

• Guest Service - Handle guest reservations/inquiries and resolve issues promptly

• Ensure safety and security of the hotel premises

• Be available on-call (phones) for guest bookings, needs, and emergencies. 

• Social Media posts and email marketing

• Clean rooms if the housekeeping team needs fill-in or additional help

Ideal Candidate:

• Friendly, dependable, and self-motivated

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Able to handle light maintenance or coordinate vendors as needed

• Comfortable living on-site and being a visible presence at the hotel

• Hospitality experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation is a combination of provided housing and tasks that will be paid per hour. Ski pass reimbursement upon successful completion of winter season (~$1,000).
