Are you a skilled bartender who excels at crafting quality drinks and providing personalized service? We are looking for a Seasonal Restaurant Bartender to join our front-of-house team for the 2026 summer season on Put-in-Bay!

We are a highly-regarded, full-service dining establishment known for our quality menu and excellent service.

As our Bartender you will:

• Be the Face: Engage with hundreds of vacationing guests, provide exceptional service, and maintain a friendly, upbeat demeanor.

• Support Dining: Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to manage all beverage orders for the dining room quickly and accurately.

• Maintain Standards: Ensure the bar area is immaculate, organized, and properly set up for service every shift.

• Be Responsible: Strictly adhere to all Ohio liquor laws and company policies for responsible service.

• Handle high-volume cash transactions and operate our POS system accurately.

 Essential Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of two years of experience as a Bartender in a full-service, upscale restaurant environment is strongly preferred.

• Availability: Must commit to the entire season (May-October), including evenings, weekends, and all major holidays.

  Reliability is non-negotiable.

• Service Focus: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to provide warm, professional service to complement the dining experience.
