As a Server, you will:

• Deliver Excellence: Provide engaging, prompt, and professional service to all dining guests in a high-turnover environment.

• Master the Menu: Possess thorough knowledge of our food and beverage menus to answer guest questions and make enticing suggestions.

• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the kitchen, bussers, and bartenders to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.

• Handle High Volume: Manage a busy section effectively, process orders accurately, and turn tables efficiently to maximize seating.

• Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash and process credit card payments.

Essential Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of two year of serving experience in a fast-paced or full-service restaurant is highly preferred.

• Commitment: Must be available for the entire season (May-October), including evenings, weekends, and all major holidays. Reliability is non-negotiable.

• Stamina: Ability to work long shifts on your feet and maintain a high level of energy and positive attitude under pressure.
