Job description:

Our ideal front desk-guest services candidate has a guest-first attitude, is warm, welcoming, positive, outgoing, and desires to learn and grow.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities, including, but not limited to, the following:

• Greet guests warmly and enthusiastically while processing arrivals and departures.

• Coordinate with housekeeping staff to track room readiness, guests’ stay adjustments, and guests’ requests.

• Coordinate with maintenance staff regarding room requests and maintenance.

• Utilize a property management system to process reservations and guests’ purchases.

• Offer guests information about available services, points of interest, restaurant and excursion options, and the surrounding community.

• Keep informed of property, procedural notes, and staff announcements, and provide appropriate communication when necessary.

• Respond to guest emails, phone calls, and online reviews.

• Offer assistance to guests and team members where needed.

• The evening shift will end at 11 pm or later.

Shared Housing Provided

On-site housing in a shared unit is included with this position at no cost to you. Housing is available for the duration of the seasonal contract and ends October 1st.
