SPEND SUMMER 2026 AT TETON VALLEY RESORT!

If you enjoy stellar views and meeting new people, Teton Valley Resort may be the perfect basecamp for this summer season. Located outside of Jackson, Wyoming, on the quiet side of the Tetons, our resort comes alive in the summer months with guests traveling locally, cross-country, and internationally.  

Teton Valley Resort is two hours from the West Yellowstone entrance and a short one-and-a-half-hour drive from Grand Teton National Park. We are located in Victor, Idaho, just minutes away from world-class hiking, fishing, and mountain biking.  

We are looking for outgoing, guest-focused folks to join our summer season staff. Seasonal housing is available.  

Compensation: $18 – 22

Seasonal Timeframe: May 1 - Oct. 15

Front Desk Agent

Job Description:

Our ideal candidate carries a guest-first attitude and is outgoing. We are looking for someone who comes across as warm and welcoming. Being willing to stay positive as well as a desire to learn and grow is a must. If you are coachable and enjoy meeting folks, this job may be the perfect fit for you. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a welcoming and enthusiastic manner while processing guest arrivals and departures

• Coordinate with housekeeping staff to track room readiness, guests’ stay adjustments, and guests’ requests

• Coordinate with maintenance staff regarding room requests and maintenance needs

• Utilize property management system to process reservations and guests’ purchases

• Offer guests information about available services, points of interest, restaurant and excursion options, and the surrounding community

• Keep informed of property, procedural notes, and staff announcements, and provide appropriate communication when necessary

• Respond to guest emails, phone calls, and online reviews

• Offer assistance to guests and team members where needed

Qualifications: 

• Comfortable using computers and computer systems 

• Friendly and solid communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)

• Ability to work efficiently, as part of a team, and autonomously

• Ability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
