The Sales Coordinator is a key member of the Sales and Private Events team, responsible for coordinating group sales, weddings, corporate retreats, and more. This role guides the sales process from initial inquiry through successful event execution and post-event follow-up, serving as the Sales team's primary administrative partner. Responsibilities include managing sales inboxes, maintaining the Group Sales Master Calendar, preparing proposals and contract files, auditing billing summaries, and coordinating site tours. The coordinator also supports the Private Events Manager with room blocks and timelines using tools like iVvy (CRM), Siriusware, Inntopia, and SMS. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and hospitality-focused, with strong communication and multitasking skills. 

If you are a detail-oriented hospitality professional with strong communication and multitasking skills, this position is for you!   A degree in Hospitality or Event Management is preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
