Sell Unforgettable Mountain Experiences to Corporate Groups

The Sales Manager (Corporate) grows revenue by acquiring and managing corporate group business, including retreats, conferences, board meetings, social events, affinity groups, ski clubs, and wholesale clients. This role owns the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and relationship building to contracting and a seamless handoff to event execution, ensuring a frictionless client experience aligned with the Taos Ski Valley brand.

Responsibilities include building and managing a strong pipeline, developing the annual group sales plan, partnering with Revenue Management on pricing and inventory, leading site tours, keeping CRM records accurate, and representing the resort at trade shows and sales missions.

The ideal candidate is a competitive, organized, relationship-driven seller with 3 to 5+ years of sales experience (hospitality, resort, or event sales preferred), a record of meeting revenue targets, CRM and Microsoft Office skills, and the flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings. Ski industry knowledge and an established corporate or group travel network are a plus.
