About the role
In the Snowmobile Shop Manager position, you will be maintaining a safe riding experience for guests while they cruise the backcountry!
In this role, you will be...
• Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance on the snowmobile and UTV fleet and other snow management equipment

• Supervision of the Snowmobile Mechanic team, leading the day to day maintenance and repair schedule

• Operating snowcats and snow moving equipment, for grooming of trails and movement of snow in parking areas

Duties
• Managing a team of 2 shop mechanics

• Becoming a certified BRP mechanic (training provided)

• Ordering parts and supplies for Snowmobile shop operation needs

• Assembling and preparing new Snowmobiles for tour operation

• Snowcat operation

• Snowmobile operation

• Prepping snowmobiles for tours

• General vehicle and equipment maintenance and repair (may include midsize vehicles, small engines, large engines, snowcats)

• Communication on a two-way radio

• Moving/lifting (must be able to lift 100+ lbs. without injury to yourself)

Additional Duties may Include:
• Trail grooming and snow plowing

• Shuttling guests to and from Aspen Highlands in company vehicles

About the role
In the Snowmobile Office Manager position you will be leading a 4-person office team in providing top-level hospitality to our guests. You and the office staff are the face of the company, the first point of contact for guests, and the ones who greet the guests at the beginning of each snowmobile experience. You'll manage relationships with local Concierges, Travel Advisors, and Private tour groups.
In this role, you will be...
• Painting the picture of the snowmobile experience guests will remember for a lifetime when they call to reserve a tour, and cultivating the staff's sales style and techniques

• Preserving the warmth, vibrancy, and presentation of the office and other guest areas where guests are received

• Among the first person guests see when they arrive, and you will get them signed in and sent off on their winter adventure

• Interfacing with guests and addressing customer needs in support of the office staff

• Assisting radio communication with the snowmobile guides

• Ensuring accurate completion of office paperwork (legal waivers, incident reports, day-to-day guide and office forms) and coaching the team as needed

• Scheduling office staff shifts as well as monitoring company-wide time sheets

• Cultivating relationships with local concierge and travel planners, booking private and group tours, handling all aspects of group tours from booking to billing and any special requests

• Responsible for complete, accurate end-of-day banks and daily reports

• Assist office staff with all of their duties

• Assisting with operations that support T-Lazy-7 to provide an extraordinary experience to each of our guests
Duties
• Coaching and managing the Reservation team with positivity, patience and by providing an excellent example
