Family-owned and operated for over 85 years, T-Lazy-7 Ranch operates world-class snowmobile tours through the iconic Maroon Bells area, welcoming guests and elite clientele from around the world. We are gearing up for the winter season and seeking dependable, energetic, and hardworking team members across multiple departments.

Open Positions

1. Snowmobile Tour Operations

• Snowmobile Tour Guides: Lead scenic snowmobile tours to the Maroon Bells and through our private trails. Conduct guest safety briefings, snowmobile operation instruction, snowcat & tracked UTV tours, trail maintenance/shoveling, and host cabin lunches/refreshment stations. 

• Tour Outfitter – Cook / Chef - Klondike Cabin Manager: Prepare hot grill lunches and fireside meals at our backcountry cabin for snowmobile guests.

2. Fleet & Shop Maintenance

• Snowmobile Shop Manager: Oversee daily shop operations, track parts inventory, assist with trail grooming, and lead mechanical staff to maintain our Ski-Doo snowmobile and Can-Am UTV fleet safety and uptime. BRP raining provided. 

• Snowmobile Mechanics: Conduct pre-trip fleet inspections, routine servicing, electrical/engine diagnostics, and repairs on our modern Ski-Doo snowmobile and Can-Am UTV fleet. BRP training provided. (Also acts as backup tour support). 

3. Office & Guest Services

• Tour Reservationist & Merchandise Sales: As the first face our customers see, you'll handle direct customer reservations via phone/email, guest sign-ins, liability waivers, and retail sales in the snowmobile shop.

General Requirements

Punctual, dependable, and comfortable working outdoors in cold alpine winter conditions.

Impeccable personal presentation and guest-service communication skills.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

First Aid / CPR certified (training provided).

Previous seasonal work experience preferred.

Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holiday periods through April 15, 2027.
