Spend your days on the beach helping vacationers enjoy North Carolina’s legendary Outer Banks.

As a Beach Services Crew Member with Sun Ease Rentals, your responsibility is to deliver, assemble, disassemble, and retrieve beach equipment each day for visitors along the Outer Banks, covering from Corolla to Nags Head, North Carolina. Equipped with a 16’ box truck and a teammate, you will complete all deliveries by 9:30 am, and begin pickups at 5:00 pm each day. It is your responsibility to maintain the truck and ensure timely and precise setup of equipment at specified locations. Working as a Sun Ease Rentals Crew Member, you will have the luxury of earning your money in the mornings and evenings, leaving the day for you to enjoy the beach, go fishing, surfing, and do as you please. You will still need to be available during this time for early pickup due to storms, etc, and cannot be working a second job during the day.

Sun Ease Rentals specializes in personalized beach equipment setup and breakdown services catering to vacationers across North Carolina's Outer Banks. Established in Corolla and operated exclusively by Corolla Beach Rescue lifeguards, Sun Ease Rentals has expanded its operations to cover beaches from Corolla to Nags Head, offering high-quality tents, wood-frame reclining chairs, umbrellas, Yeti coolers with ice, and Bluetooth speakers. Customers can opt for ready-made packages or customize their own, all set up by 10:00 AM and disassembled starting at 5:00 PM.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess strong physical fitness

• Must be willing and ready to start work at 4:30am each day

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor

• Ability to work as a team

• Ability to work in various conditions including high heat, humidity, wind, & rain as needed

• Ability to learn area roads and neighborhoods

• Availability to work weekend and holiday shifts

Compensation: 

$17 per hour + tips and bonuses

Training: 

Paid on-site training on May 21st and 22nd, 2026

Schedule: 

You will work approximately 5 days each week. You will be paid until 9:30am, regardless of if you finish early, to encourage completing setups quickly and efficiently. The average day is 4:30am - 9:30am, 5:00pm - 8:00pm.
