Seeking Camp Hosts for New Satellite Riverfront Property!

We’re looking for a couple, family, or two individuals ready to take the reins of our exciting new satellite location. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who love hospitality, the outdoors, and hands-on work in a beautiful setting. 

About the Property
This is a separate property located 6 miles from the Ranch itself, and will be operated independently as it's own business. 

You’ll be managing a simple, yet charming, guest-focused destination overlooking the Stehekin River, and offering:

• Tent camping sites

• Lodge rooms

• Showers & laundry facilities

• Bike rentals

• Limited food service

• Basic general store items

Role Overview
As the on-site hosts, you will oversee the entire operation and play a hands-on role in keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently. While you’ll have some helpers for support, you should be willing to actively participate in day-to-day operations — from greeting guests and managing check-ins to maintaining facilities, handling light food service, and ensuring every visitor has a great experience.

Ideal Candidates

• Reliable, energetic, and guest-service oriented

• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and jumping in wherever needed

• Experience in hospitality, property management, or outdoor recreation is a plus

• Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills

• Love for a rural/outdoor lifestyle

This position does come with on-site housing, suitable for a couple or a small family. This is a unique opportunity to help launch and grow a new property while living and working in a scenic environment. 

We need help getting this new property ready starting no later than June 1, and we are planning to open it to the public on 4th of July Weekend. The season will go through Oct 15. There is also potential for this to become a year-round position for the right person/people.
