Staff member benefits include free on-site community-style housing (typically 2 staff members per room), an hourly wage, and an equitable share of the tip pool paid out bi-weekly, paid sick leave (accrued each pay period), one free meal daily when the restaurant is open, and free and discounted activities.
Our restaurant:
We are a casual lunch/dinner restaurant, serving pizza and traditional American fare. We also serve soft-serve ice cream, coffee drinks, and a variety of wines and local craft beers. Throughout the season, we host many community events in our restaurant space, including live music, open mic, bingo, trivia and local fundraisers. Our vision is to be the gathering place of North Routt County, where locals and visitors alike can enjoy authentic Rocky Mountain experiences in a family-friendly, welcoming environment, defined by high-level service and genuine hospitality and care for our guests.
Our style of service is a unique hybrid of counter and table service. All team members should expect to be cross-trained in all front and back of house operations and be ready to jump in wherever needed, from taking orders, running food, bussing tables, and pouring drinks to doing dishes, prepping, and cooking on the line. All tips (cash and credit) are pooled between restaurant staff and distributed on your bi-weekly paycheck.
