Come join our Summer/Fall 2026 Housekeeping team!

Full season dates: May 11- Nov 14, 2026 (shorter season dates may be available). Applications will be accepted through May 11, 2026, or until the position is filled.

Staff member benefits include free on-site community housing (typically 2 staff members per room), an hourly wage paid out bi-weekly, paid sick leave (accrued each pay period), one free meal daily when the restaurant is open, and free and discounted activities.

Our housekeeping team is a crucial part of cultivating the guest experience in our lodging accommodations and common spaces by creating a atmosphere that is welcoming, clean, and well-maintained while preserving our brand of rustic, western comfort.

What does this job entail?

  • Daily/weekly- clean cabins and motel rooms after occupancy, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail. Specific cleaning tasks in each accommodation include, but are not limited to: stripping/making beds, vacuuming, dusting, edging, washing dishes, sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, emptying mouse traps, wiping down all surfaces/appliances etc...

  • Daily- clean lodge bathrooms 

  • Seasonally- deep clean cabins at the end of the season.

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in housekeeping headquarters, ensuring efficiency and ease of operations. 

  • Do laundry- wash, fold, and properly put away.

  • Assist with cleaning and preparing staff rooms upon arrival and departure.

  • Assist restaurant staff by laundering kitchen/bar rags 2-3 times a week

  • Assist department manager/maintenance with any other daily tasks and projects as assigned.

  • Do occasional mail runs to the local post office

  • Have a "Team Outpost" mentality and be willing to jump in wherever needed. There will occasionally be need/opportunities to assist in other departments and around the property, such as picking up trash, dishwashing, food running/bussing, shuttle driving etc...  

Required skills:

  • High School Graduate/GED equivalency  

  • 18 years or older (must be 18 to live on property)

  • Valid driver’s license   

  • Able to work in standing/kneeling/squatting positions for 6-10 hours per day

  • Able to safely lift 60lbs 

Preferred skills:

  • 2+ years working in the hospitality industry

  • Experience working in housekeeping or similar role
