Steamboat is hiring for the 2026 season. Multiple positions are available.

Minimum ages listed due to alcohol handling or equipment operating regulations.

Day Server two positions - must be at least 21

Evening Line Cook one position - must be at least 21

Evening Server one position - must be at least 21

Dishwasher one position - must be at least 18

Front Desk one position - must be at least 18

Housekeeper one position – Must be at least 18

Steamboat Inn has been a beloved destination since 1957. Located on a bluff overlooking a dramatic stretch of the North Umpqua River, guests enjoy the amazing views, delicious meals, and friendly service creating a magical experience. Be a part of creating those special memories! Join an excellent team in an ideal location. Paydays are on the 5th and 20th of every month with hourly rate to be discussed based on position. Additionally, the staff also receives a share of cash tips at the end of each shift they work PLUS a portion of house tips on their paychecks (rate based on hours - usually $1.50-$3.00 per hour additional). We open for the season March 6th and close November 30.  Staff housing opens two week before the season begins. Staff houses are shared homes with private bedrooms. There is NO COST for staff housing. Couples are welcome as long as they both work for Steamboat Inn.

All applicants MUST have a vehicle. Pets are not allowed in staff housing.
