Summer Seasonal Cooks – Historic Restaurant & Food Truck
Wanna live in North Idaho this summer?! Spend your summer cooking, working hard, and having fun with a small team in historic Wallace, Idaho.
We’re looking for up to 4 seasonal cooks to join us for Summer 2026 through October 1st (with the option to stay through the end of October). This is a fast-paced, hands-on kitchen environment split between our historic restaurant and food truck.
We’re looking for team members who enjoy staying busy, working with people, and being part of a fun, team-oriented atmosphere.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and cook menu items to standard
Help with prep, stocking, and keeping the kitchen organized
Work both restaurant and food truck shifts as needed
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Support the team during busy service periods
What We’re Looking For
Some kitchen or food service experience required
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Team-first mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
Schedule & Housing
5–6 days per week / 40-60 hours a week
Seasonal position: Summer 2026 through October 1st
Option to stay through the end of October
