The Employee Experience

Room and Board

Employee housing is available for  seasonal team members for no additional cost. Housing accommodations are designed to provide a comfortable and convenient living environment while you work and explore the region.

RV sites are available for employees traveling with their own campers or recreational vehicles.

Employee Perks

We offer a bi-weekly pay schedule, free employee housing, store discounts, and opportunities to experience one of America's most iconic national park destinations. Employees enjoy easy access to outdoor recreation, stunning scenery, and a close-knit team environment.

Getting Here and Getting Around

Employees are responsible for transportation to and from the St. Mary / East Glacier KOA at the beginning and end of their employment. Once on-site, all work locations and housing areas are within walking distance.

While having a personal vehicle is highly recommended for exploring the area and accessing nearby services, it is not required for all positions. Transportation options and local resources will be discussed during onboarding.

For Fun

When you're not working, you'll be living at the doorstep of Glacier National Park. Explore hundreds of miles of trails, discover hidden waterfalls, paddle pristine mountain lakes, or drive the world-famous Going-to-the-Sun Road. The surrounding region offers incredible opportunities for hiking, backpacking, fishing, horseback riding, rafting, photography, and wildlife viewing.

The nearby communities of St. Mary, East Glacier and surrounding Montana towns host seasonal events, rodeos, farmers markets, cultural celebrations, and local gatherings throughout the Summer.
