Are you a skilled and versatile individual looking for a one-of-a-kind opportunity? The Spotted Horse Ranch is seeking a dedicated team member who can handle a variety of responsibilities ranging from grounds maintenance to guiding fly fishing trips. If you have a unique combination of mechanical skills, outdoor expertise, and a passion for the western lifestyle, this could be the perfect role for you!

Primary Role: Grounds Maintenance

As the primary maintenance worker, your main responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining the ranch grounds, buildings, vehicles, and irrigation systems

• Servicing and repairing ranch equipment including vehicles

• Welding knowledge is a huge plus!

Fly Fishing Guide

The Spotted Horse Ranch is located in an angler’s paradise, with the Hoback River running right through the property. While we work with several off-site guides, we prefer to have an on-site staff guide during the season for both wade and float trips. Rowing experience is a must!

We need a hardworking, adaptable individual who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and take on a variety of tasks. If you have experience in maintenance and guided fly fishing, we want to hear from you!
