Stock inventory and set up kitchen stations will all necessary supplies
Pre-preparing food for service (i.e., chopping, cutting, mixing, or prepping sauces)
Cook menu items in collaboration with the rest of the kitchen team
Ensure workstation and kitchen are kept clean
Ensure menu items come out equally in high quality and timely fashion
Practice nutrition and sanitation requirements by proper food handling and storage
Precisely and consistently deliver on guest food orders by following recipes and instructions
Prepare plate menu items, as ordered, per specifications on hot food production line with strict attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
Safely prepare food by using knives, ovens, grills, warming trays and other restaurant cooking instruments
Prepare and stock ingredients for other meals, set up as per posted instructions, prepare recipe per standardized recipes and production sheets
Other tasks as assigned by Executive/Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
High School Diploma or GED
Culinary degree for Line Cook III
Basic written and verbal communication skills
0-3 years of culinary experience (required experience depends on placement into Line Cook I or II)
3+ years of resort culinary experience for Line Cook III

Nestled nearly two miles out on the Cheat Mountain Ridge Trail sits the Sunrise Backcountry Hut. Beneath towering Spruce, the Hut offers a great dining alternative for those looking to 'get away from it all. Experience in cooking isn’t required but will help when it comes to this job, being able to work alone and handle a cabin in variable weather conditions is a must.
Job Responsibilities:Position Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Management: Organize and execute backcountry dinners and handle reservation needs.
Supply Procurement and Logistics: Purchase and transport food, linens, alcohol, and drinks; manage supplies and personnel in variable trail conditions.
Facility Maintenance: Shovel snow, clear walkways, perform basic hut maintenance (e.g., propane, water, food prep), and conduct generator upkeep.
Staff Oversight and Cleanup: Delegate tasks during meals, manage evening cleanup, and handle alcohol sales at events.
Hospitality and Guest Experience:
Exceptional Service: Create memorable backcountry dining experiences, provide excellent customer service, and address guest inquiries and concerns effectively.
Effective Communication: Engage with diverse guests using strong interpersonal skills.
Administrative Duties:
Administrative Support: Assist with tour scheduling, payment processing, and maintain accurate guest and tour records.
Environmental Awareness and Education:
Conservation and Education: Stay informed on local regulations and best practices in outdoor recreation; educate guests on environmental conservation.
High School Diploma or GED
Have a valid Driver’s license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program
Cooking experience
Knowledge of safety practices, CPR/first aid certification
Familiarity with local geography, trails, and conservation principles.
May require lifting and moving up to 75 pounds.

Be at the epicenter of world class downhill mountain biking! Our rental store, the Mountain Adventure Center, is looking for a Bike Mechanic! Our Bike Mechanics are tasked with completing required and preventative maintenance on our full suspension rental bike fleet. Ideal candidates have experience with Rockshox, Fox, and Marzocchi suspensions and can work independently.
Job Responsibilities:Perform maintenance and repairs on mountain bikes, including hydraulic brake bleeding, suspension servicing, and wheel building.
Apply knowledge of various bike types, focusing on full suspension systems.
Assist in managing the rental bike fleet, ensuring safety and shop organization.
Bleed hydraulic disc brakes
Rebuild and service suspension forks and shocks
Build and repair bicycle wheels
High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience specifically working with Hayes, Avid, Shimano, Formula and Magura Hydraulic Disc Brakes.
