We're hiring one Content & Brand Coordinator to join the Midwest Family Ski Resorts marketing team.

To attract the strongest candidate, this opportunity is being advertised at both Lutsen Mountains and Snowriver Mountain Resort. Only one position will be filled, and the successful candidate will be based at either resort.

The Best Marketing Doesn't Happen Behind a Desk.

It happens on a powder day.

It happens during a summer festival.

It happens around a bonfire, on a scenic overlook, or while a family experiences the mountains together for the first time.

At Midwest Family Ski Resorts, we're looking for someone who can capture those moments and transform them into stories that inspire others to experience our destinations.

As our Content & Brand Coordinator, you'll help bring our brand to life through photography, videography, graphic design, organic social media, creative storytelling, ambassador partnerships, and guest-focused marketing across our family of resorts.

What You'll Do

No two days look exactly the same.

You may spend one day designing graphics for an upcoming event and the next capturing fresh snowfall, filming social content, coordinating an influencer visit, or collaborating with resort teams to launch a new campaign.

In this role, you'll:

• Create engaging content across digital, social media, web, email, print, and guest-facing channels.

• Produce creative assets that strengthen and protect the Midwest Family Ski Resorts brand.

• Manage organic social media publishing and community engagement.

• Coordinate ambassadors, influencers, and creative partnerships.

• Capture authentic stories that showcase our mountains, guests, and communities.

• Support seasonal campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives.

• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Technology, and resort leadership to ensure every guest touchpoint reflects our brand.

We're Looking For Someone Who...

• Has experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, content creation, or social media.

• Enjoys photography, videography, design, and visual storytelling.

• Is highly organized and can successfully manage multiple projects.

• Loves collaborating with others and building strong relationships.

• Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

• Is excited to spend time where the guest experience happens—not just behind a desk.

Experience in hospitality, tourism, outdoor recreation, or destination marketing is a plus, but a passion for creating memorable experiences is even more important.

You'll spend time throughout the resort capturing authentic moments, supporting events, collaborating with teammates, and helping tell the stories that define each destination.

Because our business revolves around our guests, this position includes regular weekend work during peak seasons, occasional evenings and holidays, and periodic travel between Midwest Family Ski Resorts as business needs require.
