The Role
As a Laundry Attendant at Smith Fork Ranch, you’ll be a behind-the-scenes champion of comfort and cleanliness. This role ensures that all linens, towels, and guest laundry are impeccably cleaned, pressed, and ready for use—helping to create the polished, welcoming environments our guests expect. Whether you're folding fresh sheets for a guest room or preparing staff uniforms, your attention to detail and pride in presentation will support the seamless operation of the ranch. Responsibilities
Sort, wash, dry, fold, and press linens, towels, and other fabrics according to property standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry facility and related storage areas.
Ensure all laundry items are returned in excellent condition and ready for guest or staff use.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate when supplies need to be ordered.
Handle guest laundry requests promptly with care, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Report maintenance or equipment issues promptly to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Support the housekeeping team with additional cleaning or room prep as needed.
Uphold the confidentiality and privacy of all guests and operations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping is preferred but not required—willing to train the right candidate.
Understanding of proper handling and care for luxury fabrics and linens or willingness to learn.
Familiarity with eco-friendly cleaning practices and laundry equipment is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
Flexible and willing to assist with other housekeeping duties as needed.
Ability to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods.
