This is a full-time, year-round management position based in Avalon, Catalina Island. You'll oversee all aspects of the daily operation, including our homemade ice cream production, premium ice cream service, and Starbucks® coffee and espresso beverage program. Responsibilities include leading and developing the team, scheduling, cash management, inventory, ordering, opening and closing procedures, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with ownership, have the autonomy to make decisions, and play an important role in the continued success of the business.

We are a small, hardworking team that values accountability, teamwork, and a positive attitude. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, leads by example, and isn't afraid to jump behind the counter during busy shifts. Managers are expected to spend a minimum of four shifts per week working on the floor while also completing administrative and operational responsibilities.
