We are seeking a chef to create an intimate dining experience for up to 26 guests and 7 crew. Everything is made from scratch by hand and lovingly prepared on our antique wood-fired cookstove. The galley is the focus of life aboard the ship, where meals are prepared in the public eye. We serve three meals a day plus an afternoon snack. Baking is the hallmark of the sailing experience. Teamwork is the name of the game here. The best candidate will be able to work with food allergies. The chef is the most important position on the boat and is a favorite with the guests and crew.
