The Role

We’re looking for a Front of the House Manager who can keep the Cowmunity moo‑ving. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves hospitality, knows how to command a dining room, and can turn organized chaos into smooth service.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, motivate, and support FOH staff with confidence and kindness

• Keep the dining room buzzing with great energy and even better service

• Manage daily operations: seating flow, guest experience, cleanliness, and team coordination

• Train new hires and help build a strong, empowered FOH crew

• Jump in wherever needed — host, expo, run food, greet guests, solve problems

• Maintain communication with BOH to keep service seamless

• Handle opening/closing duties, cash-outs, and shift oversight

• Protect the vibe — fun, friendly, and Cowmunity-forward

What You Bring

• A natural leader who loves people and thrives in a busy restaurant

• Experience managing or supervising in hospitality

• Strong communication skills and a calm, positive presence
