Sage Outdoor Adventures is a premier high-end outfitter, delivering exceptional outdoor experiences to discerning clients. We specialize in creating bespoke adventures with a commitment to top-tier service, safety, and sustainability.
Sage Outdoor Adventures is looking for people who are genuinely happy and enthusiastic. We search for individuals who live for outdoor experiences, who love other people, who are gifted at sharing and are naturally giving, polite, and mature. We can train you to do anything and know that if you have the right attitude and qualities everything else will fall into place.
Position Overview
The guest experience starts with the initial phone call and we at Sage pride ourselves on having the most efficient and professional sales team in the outfitting business. Offering many types of summer activities catered to elite guests, it requires a sales team that can adapt quickly to selling products and having a basic understanding of each activity offered. Being able to switch topics quickly is key to this position.
We have a very casual, tight-knit, well-run, and extremely fun office located next to the Colorado River in Dotsero, Colorado (Summer season) as well as on our private 6,000 acre ranch in Wolcott, Colorado (Winter season)!
During your scheduled days in the office, in addition to answering phones regularly, you'll be essential in making sure our guests have a smooth check-in and check-out experience, especially when things get busy at the boat house or ranch. You'll be guiding guests through the check-in process, helping them sign waivers, and assisting with gear rentals and pairing them with their guide.
You will be required to be logged into our reservation software during office hours for your scheduled shift. The office is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and operates 7 days per week. Potentially 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM during peak holiday dates.
Very important: For this position, you will be required to participate in Snowmobile, Snow Tubing, Class II - IV Whitewater Rafting, Side by Side ATV Tours, E-Bike Tours, & Fly-Fishing and in general be an active part of not just the office but our guide staff.
