What Success Looks Like:
Your Impact
Assists with retail stock room organization.
Keeps retail floors stocked.
Assists with receiving orders. Including digital receiving, tagging merchandise & storage.
Assists in transporting product to and from the warehouse.
Assists in garbage removal and breaking down boxes between locations.
Assists with merchandising.
Supports leadership with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Additional tasks and projects as directed by leadership.
Assists with store wide inventory and cycle counts.
Responsible for ensuring amazing and professional guest experiences.
Responding to guests in a timely manner and securing bookings as per company guidelines.
Ensure that daily retail reporting and posting is being completed accurately for room charges.
What You Bring
Previous retail or concierge experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to learn and speak to a wide variety of activities and events.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Must be willing to work flexible hours and dates according to business demands.
Comfortable engaging with guests in a professional and courteous manner.
The ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variable in situations where only limited standardization exists and the ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram and schedule form is required to successfully perform the essential duties described above.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written) in English.
