What you’ll do:
The Nitty Gritty
Previous cooking experience is required.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
Must possess knife skills, the ability to adjust preparations for flavor, and accommodate customers’ needs in a timely manner.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must have a valid driver license.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout a workday.
