Bell Staff & Shuttle Driver: Greet, assist, and transport guests

We are seeking friendly, professional Bell Staff to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and ensure a comfortable, memorable stay for our guests.

What does a Bell Staff Member & Shuttle Driver do? As a member of the Bell Staff at the Rustic Inn, you’ll play a vital role in shaping unforgettable guest experiences. This dynamic position combines bellman and shuttle driver responsibilities, requiring  customer service skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced resort environment.

Ultimately, your goal is to ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs, handling requests efficiently, and representing the resort with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate our in-town shuttle service with safety and courtesy

• Greet guests upon arrival, assist with luggage, and escort them to their rooms

• Provide an overview of resort amenities and services during guest escort

• Offer local recommendations for dining, activities, and attractions

• Keep the property & common areas clean, organized, and guest-ready

• Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and care

• Assist with fleet upkeep, including routine cleaning and light maintenance

Position Details:

• Full-time and part-time roles available

• Flexible scheduling- must be available for weekends and holidays

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and minimum 3 years of driving experience required

Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour
Expected Hours: ~40 per week

Schedule Options:

• 8-hour shifts

Availability Requirements

• This position requires availability through at least mid to late October

• Applicants with availability limited to "Summer Break" will not be considered

• Preference is given to candidates seeking year-round employment; however, we gladly consider seasonal applicants whose availability aligns with our staffing needs

Relocation Requirement:

• Must be able to relocate to Jackson, WY 83001 by or before start date
