Primary Role:
Oversee the operations of guided river trips and all related vehicles and equipment used to provide those services.
Is responsible for hiring, training, retraining, maintaining guide paperwork, regularly evaluating, scheduling, disciplinary measures, and coordinating all guided river trips and tube sweeps, as well as maintaining inventory and repairs of all related equipment.
Must have an in depth understanding of all activities offered by River Riders and the locations, procedures, processes, and purposes of each.
Expected to contribute to the quality of the experience for guests and aim to create repeating relationships with them.
Appropriately balance risk management of a diverse group of guides and guests in a high thrill environment
