THIS IS A FULL-TIME, SEASONAL POSITION FOR THE SUMMER 2026 SEASON (AUGUST THROUGH MID-NOVEMBER)
Reel Bar is a full-service restaurant and bar located in Put-in-Bay, Ohio (a resort island in Lake Erie). Reel Bar is seeking candidates to fill the position of Line Cook. We offer competitive wages (starting at $16 hour) along with an end-of-the-year bonus, housing, and employee discounts.
Line Cooks are expected to assist the lead cook in daily prep list, work all areas of the line (fryer, grill, sauté, cold station, flat top...), follow daily cleaning list, and uphold a positive work environment. With our season being seasonal our employees are driven to working hard, with most working 50-65 hours a week.
We serve everything from fresh seafood to hand-pattied burgers and handcrafted cocktails. Live entertainment on weekends. We are located in Lake Erie with a daily ferry service on and off the island. Our team is committed to giving our customers excellent service and food while maintaining a family atmosphere.
