Wranglers need to have a strong background in riding and excellent people skills. Main duties include care and maintenance of the horses and conducting guest rides of all levels, as well as helping with general work around the ranch as needed. Wranglers need to be very teachable and willing. Great work ethic and communication skills a must. It is hard work and long hours, but the rewards are far reaching. And it is fun!!!
