The Princeton-Blairstown Center is seeking a dynamic Chief Program & Operations Officer to oversee innovative outdoor, experiential, and environmental education programs that serve thousands of young people each year. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic leadership, team development, and mission-driven impact while helping shape the future of one of New Jersey's premier youth development organizations.

The Chief Program & Operations Officer is a strategic thought-partner and actively engaged leader accountable for the overall direction, management, and oversight of all Blairstown Campus programs. The Princeton-Blairstown Center (PBC) program model includes year-round partnerships with schools, community-based organizations, and university partners. They are responsible for the establishment, coordination, and performance of a broad range of experiential, adventure-based, and environmental education programs at the Blairstown Campus including the oversight of PBC’s core programs; Summer Bridge, Leader-in-Training, and Venture Out, as well as general and traditional programming.

The Chief Program & Operations Officer is a member of the Blairstown Leadership Team and is expected to physically be present on campus, equitably sharing management responsibilities with the Director of Logistics and Director of Programs, including round-the-clock coverage.
