While our field staff are out climbing and paddling, our Warehouse Assistants are the unsung heroes making it all possible! This is the ultimate "foot in the door" opportunity to learn the logistical backbone of a premier outdoor education organization.

This essential, non-field role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who loves gear and wants to see how the magic happens behind the scenes. You'll be the heartbeat of our NorCal office, ensuring every student has the high-quality equipment they need for a life-changing trip.

Fall 2026 Season Dates

• Start Date: Week of Aug. 17th 

• Fri, Sat & Monday or Tuesday (There is some flexibility here for the right fit, We want to work for your schedule)

Core Responsibilities

• Unload gear that is coming back from programs

• Process & scan paperwork that is coming back from the field each week

• Restock & Fix gear as needed

• Communicate an order list with the Manager 

• Thoroughly complete checklists daily

Qualifications

• Experience: Must have a valid drivers license  and a clean driving record.

• Certifications: n/a

• Age: Must be 19 or older 

• Skills: Detail oriented, strong communicator, Ability to lift heavy items safely & ask for help when needed. 

• Physical: Must be able to lift heavy items and be on your feet all day. Not required but a plus if you have familiarity with tents, climbing gear or other outdoor equipment. 

• Compensation: 20$/ hour
