We’re looking for a hands-on General Manager who enjoys being in the kitchen, leading a team, and creating a great environment for both staff and customers. This is not a “sit in the office” role. The right candidate leads from the front, sets the tone for the team, and takes ownership of the daily operation.

What You'll Do
• Leading and supporting the kitchen team during service
• Hiring, training, scheduling, and managing employees
• Maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency
• Delivering excellent customer service and resolving guest concerns
• Managing cash handling and daily financial procedures
• Coordinating routine maintenance and facility upkeep
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
• Communicating regularly with ownership regarding performance and operations

What We're Looking For
• Previous restaurant management experience (GM or Assistant GM preferred)
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Comfortable working in both kitchen and customer-facing roles
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented
