The Employee Experience
If you're passionate about and enjoy the outdoors - this is a great place to be! Most of our employees have a real passion for the Grand Canyon - it's history, it's beauty, and the ability and time they have to explore it inside and out. Our team is fairly small, and many not only work together but also live together in company housing, so the team is very much like family. They share meals together and spend time doing other planned activities like hiking, movie nights, trips to nearby towns & attractions, etc.
For those who prefer more solitude, take a walk through the forest or meditate at one of the lesser known viewpoints at the Grand Canyon. There are plenty of walking, hiking, and biking trails near our offices and at the Grand Canyon. Our Company homes have private bedrooms and bathrooms so employees can enjoy the benefit of privacy there.
Tour Guide Supervisor - Be the leader of the Guide team that makes the Grand Canyon experience come alive to guests from around the world! As the leader and supervisor for this team, you must share their passion for sharing the beauty and wonder of the area. A love of learning is important, as we believe in continuing education for our Guides. Our ideal candidate will have hiring, training and supervisory experience and a desire to learn and support the General Manager in a variety of operational activities. Candidates should also have an excellent safety and driving record and be able to pass a DOT medical examination, as our Guide Supervisor will occasionally do tours to support peak periods.
Customer Service Supervisor - This position oversees all aspects of the day to day operations of the team that educates walk-in customers about our tour products and sells a variety of tours. It requires the ability to effectively demonstrate and train on customer service, troubleshooting issues, sales techniques, processes & procedures, and how to ensure the Pink Jeep Tours quality experience. The position will also develop a strong understanding of our tour scheduling system to effectively manage and optimize our tour booking opportunities. The job environment is energetic, collaborative, and FUN. Our ideal candidate will have a high level of passion, integrity, productivity, professionalism, and impeccable customer service & sales abilities.
Customer Service Representatives are the friendly, helpful, knowledgeable team members that help visitors from all areas of the world plan their adventures. Excellent communication, people, and computer data entry skills are important in this role. This is a team oriented position that provides great service to our customers and also supports the Tour Guides to ensure all logistics and operations flow smoothly. Our employees get asked questions from visitors exploring the area so patience and a helpful attitude will make you shine!
