Pineridge Grouse Camp, a premier destination for ruffed grouse and woodcock hunting in the Northwoods of Minnesota, is seeking a talented and energetic Head Chef to lead our kitchen and deliver exceptional meals for our guests.

Our guests come from across the country to experience world-class upland bird hunting, comfortable lodge accommodations, and outstanding food. We are looking for a chef who takes pride in creating hearty breakfasts, field lunches, and memorable dinners that become an important part of the hunting camp experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare daily meals for hunting guests and staff.

• Create seasonal menus featuring regional favorites, wild game, steaks, seafood, and comfort foods.

• Manage food ordering, inventory, and kitchen budgets.

• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.

• Keep the kitchen organized, efficient, and clean.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or similar culinary leadership role.

• Strong organizational and kitchen management skills.

• Ability to work independently in a lodge and resort environment.

• Passion for hospitality and guest service.

• Experience with wild game preparation is a plus but not required.
