Job Summary
Work where guests come to rest and reset. Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs Resort & Spa is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations in a peaceful, high-desert setting.
You will oversee room cleanliness, staff performance, and guest satisfaction across guest rooms, casitas, and public spaces. This is a hands-on leadership role with strong opportunity to build supervisory experience in a destination resort known for wellness and hospitality.

What You’ll Do
Lead and support housekeeping and laundry operations
Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality
Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping team members
Assist with cleaning duties as needed based on occupancy
Maintain cleaning schedules and department organization
Submit maintenance work orders and follow up
Manage inventory of linens and supplies
Prepare weekly staff schedules
Update room status in property systems
Respond quickly to guest requests and service needs
Ensure safety, sanitation, and operational standards are followed
Schedule & Season
Seasonal or temporary role based on business demand
Full-time hours, varies with occupancy
Weekend and holiday availability required
Fast-paced environment during peak seasons

Requirements
At least 1 year of housekeeping supervisory experience in hotel or resort
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe use
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout large property
Valid driver capability for golf cart use
Flexible schedule, weekends required
