- In the Village, seasonal Associates can request accommodations in the Gumbo Limbo building, Mahogany building or the Sea Grape building, pending availability. The Gumbo Limbo is a three-story building with options for double bed and single bed accommodations. The rooms are furnished with full-sized beds, a small refrigerator, dressers, a 50” smart TV, open closets and a private bath. Accommodations for suite-style living are available in the both Sea Grape and Mahogany buildings. Our Mahogany building consists of four private bedrooms furnished with a twin XL bed, 2 small dressers, desk and chair, TV and full closet. The common area is furnished with a couch, chairs, and a coffee table along with a 50” smart TV. The kitchenette includes a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, sink, and additional storage closet. Our Sea Grape building accommodates five roommates in a suite setup, with two shared bathrooms. In each bedroom, associates will find a twin XL bed, 2 dressers, 50” TV, and closet. The shared kitchenette includes a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, sink, and cabinets. Linens are provided in both buildings (pillow, pillowcase, sheets and blanket/comforter) along with a 3-piece terry set (bath, hand and washcloth). Pets or guests are not permitted in any of the Associate buildings. Housing deposits are $300 and payroll deducted in $50 increments. Rent is pro-rated and payroll deducted. We are a non-smoking campus, which includes vapes and e-cigarettes. As a courtesy to Associates, a designated smoking areas is provided. All other areas are non-smoking.

Room and Board
In the Village, seasonal Associates can request accommodations in the Gumbo Limbo building, Mahogany building or the Sea Grape building, pending availability.

The Village offers several dining options. Meals are served in the Associate Café from 7:00AM – 10:00AM and 11:00AM – 6:00PM. Our Associate lounge -- The Wreck Hall -- offers a menu starting at 6:00PM nightly and has several television, games and a jukebox. The Reef Hut, located at the base of the Gumbo Limbo building, specializes in hand-tossed pizza and grilled items. All of these food outlets accept cash or can be charged to your food fob, obtained at Human Resources. Hourly Associates are given a $35 food credit at the end of each pay period.
The Village also offers a fitness center and complimentary 24-hour laundry facilities to residents, swimming pool and outdoor kitchen with propane grills. The complimentary laundry facilities are located at the base of CQ and on each floor of CPQ. Drink machines are located on the 1st floor of CPQ and by the CQ laundry room. Bikes, brooms, mops/buckets and vacuums are available free of charge for check out at the Housing Office. A selection of cleaning products is on sale at the office.

Employee Perks
The Associate Village's offerings include a basketball court, a volleyball court, fitness center, fitness classes & pool, BBQ’s and a movie theater showing first-run movies. Recreational activities such as kayaking, paddle boarding and golf are also available to Associates. A 24-hour laundry facility is located on the ground floor of CQ and inside CPQ. VCR's, videos, board games, court balls, bikes, videos and vacuums are available free of charge for check out from the Housing Office. Plus, enjoy lots of Club sponsored parties, trips and events!!!

Current Job Openings
- Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness.
- Greet the guest in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness.
- Record the details of the order from the guest, repeating the order to the guest to check for accuracy.
- Input the order into the point of sale computer to inform the kitchen of the particulars in the order being placed.
- When complete, retrieve order up to 30lbs. from the kitchen, confirm its accuracy, lift and deliver to guest along with appropriate condiments. Abide by State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
- Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction.
- Market and serve upon request any dessert items or specialty coffees.
- Present the check to guest promptly.
- Regular Attendance in conformation with standards, which may be established by Ocean Reef Club from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Associates with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
- Assist the bus help in clearing and resetting the tables.
- Perform all assigned side work to include replenishing condiments and restocking side stands.
- Perform any general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned to adhere to health standards.
- Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
- Knowledge of the appropriate table settings, service ware and menu items.
- Ability to read, write and speak the English language sufficient to understand menus, special promotions, record orders, communicate with guests to explain and record orders.
