Looking for an experienced line cook that has a good working attitude to work at our facility in Angel Fire, New Mexico. Position includes doing all prep work for a small menu.
Hours of service are Thursday-Sunday, Noon - 8pm
2 types of smash burgers, double patty
Grilled chicken sandwich
Frito pie
Warm pretzel
All food is cooked on a flat top, no fryer. Chips as a side. This is an easy menu to execute for one person with a good work ethic and clean kitchen practices. A part-time dishwasher helps in the evenings with closing the kitchen down and some prep work. But this is mostly a 1 person show. Lots of support from management in training and if busy will hop on the line to assist as needed.
