Live. Teach. Explore. Belong.

At Nature’s Classroom, we don’t just teach; we play, explore, and learn through connection. Join a passionate team of educators who bring learning to life through place-based education and learning through play. You’ll spend your days outside guiding discovery, building community, and sparking wonder in the next generation, all while growing as an educator and leader yourself. If you believe the best classroom has no walls and that curiosity is contagious, this is where you belong.

A Legacy of Excellence:

Nature’s Classroom thrives as a community of educators and learners who believe that education should be experiential, inclusive, and full of joy. Since 1973, we’ve partnered with 300+ schools each year, inspiring more than one million students to think critically, connect with nature, and find confidence through hands-on experiences.

We believe learning happens best when it’s rooted in place — in the forests, fields, and lakes that surround us — and when it’s guided by play, curiosity, and collaboration. Fall semester runs from August 31st to End of November, Spring semester runs from early- Febuary to Early June (exact dates vary by facility).
