Reports to: Guest Service Manager
The Night Auditor is a key member of the Guest Services team responsible for the overnight operations of the Hotel, verifying the accuracy of guest accounts, closing the day and resetting computers, as well as assisting with all aspects of guest services.
The Mountain Club Night Auditor role is not a traditional 11pm-7am role. We offer a flexible and overlapping schedule that gives the Auditor the exposure to guests as well as interaction with all members of the Guest Service Team.
The flexible schedule also takes into account the auditor’s life schedule outside of work as well as their daily commute. We offer great flexibility to all our Associates and only request flexibility in return. Everything is directed toward win-win for Associaties - Guests & Mountain Club.
