Join us as the resident Massage Therapist in the beautiful Sequoias at Montecito!

As massage therapist at Montecito Sequoia Lodge, you would get to work in the beautiful Sierra's mountains, surrounded by Ponderosa Pines, Jeffery Pines, and Sequoia trees. Guests book appointments with the Massage Therapist, where earnings for different massages vary by time for an appointment. The prices* are as follows:

1. 30 min appointment -> $50

2. 60 min appointment -> $100

3. 75 min appointment -> $120

4. 90 min appointment -> $145

5. 120 min appointment -> $190

*Montecito Sequoia Lodge and the resident Massage Therapist split the above prices 50/50, but the Massage Therapist gets the full gratuity.

We are a fun-loving, informal education based camp, where we strive to provide a wide variety of exciting activities to all ages, including Arts & Crafts, Mountain Biking, Archery, Rock Climbing, Fencing, Paintball, Hiking, and many more! Approximately 150 guests, as young as 2 and through 99 years, attend camp each week, new families arriving each Sunday and leaving on the following Saturday.

Room and Board for the Massage Therapist is complimentary and is shared cabin style, with 7 program staff cabins, with about 6 beds in each. Food is also provided, buffet style, with three meals per day, including 24/7 access to a staff refrigerator and freezer, the breakfast room, coffee, juice, and snacks.

Staff become very close, as we live with each other the whole summer (June 3 - August 15) and we spend much of our off-time together, traveling to various areas of the National Park, including local rivers, lakes, historical landmarks, General Sherman and General Grant, and visitor centers to learn more about the phenomenal nature we work in. Additionally, during off time, staff often carpool to Fresno, about an hour and a half from camp to go thrifting, see new movies, go to restaurants, and get snacks from our favorite stores.
