Spend the summer assisting customers right in the heart of Medora!

We are looking for a seasonal Sales Associate to join us for our busy season. Our main focus is on customer service and assisting our customers in finding the correct size and style of boots. 

Job Expectations:

• Provide a welcoming atmosphere by greeting all customers entering and leaving the store

• Assist customers in determining boot or hat size and helping them try on multiple styes

• Be familiar with inventory to effectively recommend styles based on the customer's preferences

• Unpack and check in new merchandise as deliveries arrive

• Maintain a clean store (cleaning, restocking, and refolding/hanging as necessary)

• Customer Service Oriented: You enjoy interacting and working with the public in a busy setting

• Reliable: You will consistently show up on time and ready for work

• Physically Able: You can stand and interact with the public for long periods of time and can lift 30 pounds

• Prior Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred. Experience in the western industry is not required - we will provide all relevant training

Details

• Availability and Employment Duration: Seasonal full time until the second half of September

• Hours: 10a-6p 5 days per week. Weekends and Holidays are required. You will have a set weekly schedule that will remain consistent. 

• Housing: A private, furnished apartment is included in the employment agreement. No pets are allowed.

• Transportation: We highly recommend having your own vehicle as the closest grocery store is 35 miles away in Dickinson. There are very limited options for finding shuttles to town.
