Seat Overview
The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning guest rooms, condos, and assigned public areas to ensure all spaces are clean, organized, and guest ready. This role plays a critical part in delivering a positive guest experience by maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards across the resort.

Key Accountabilities
Room Execution & Presentation: Clean assigned rooms and condos to resort standards, ensuring consistent quality, proper setup, and guest-ready presentation.
Public Space Support: Maintain cleanliness of hallways, restrooms, base areas, and shared guest spaces as assigned.
Room Readiness Awareness: Maintain awareness of daily room priorities and unit conditions, ensuring maintenance concerns are identified and reported promptly.
Guest Service Support: Respond professionally to guest requests and assist with urgent turnovers or service needs when required.
Peak Operations Support: Assist with deep cleans and high-volume turnover days to maintain operational flow and readiness.

Job Description: Housekeepers will be responsible for cleaning rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors and stairways. Clean rugs, carpets, furniture and draperies using vacuum cleaners and shampooers. Make beds. Empty waste baskets, empty/clear ashtrays and trash disposal. Dust, sweep, scrub, wax and polish furniture, equipment, ornaments and fixtures. Replenish and stock storage areas. Perform laundry duties, including operating washers and dryers to wash and fold linens and towels. Clean and sanitize restaurant and kitchen area. Clear tables and do dishes. Housekeepers may need to lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00am to 3:00pm, 10:00am to 5:00pm, or 3:00pm to 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary.
Other Details: On-the-job training will be provided. Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by government (excluding passport fees). Daily transportation to and from work, plus regular transportation for local errands and trips to Duluth is provided at no extra cost to those living in employee housing. A single workweek will be the standard for computing wages due, and employees are paid every two weeks. All deductions from paycheck required by law will be made, in addition to deductions related to employee housing noted above. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workers for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workers for all reasonable inbound transportation and subsistence costs within the first work week. The employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workers for all reasonable outbound transportation and subsistence costs during the last workweek. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
