At Lost River Cave, we’re not just looking for tour guides; we’re looking for storytellers, hosts, and people who know how to make an experience memorable.

This is one of those jobs where:

(And no, you don’t need boating experience. We’ll teach you.)

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead guided boat tours through the cave

• Share stories about the cave’s history, geology, and ecosystem

• Create a fun, engaging, and welcoming experience for every guest

• Answer questions like “Wait… this is real?” at least once per tour

• Work both on the water and around the park as part of the guest experience team

No Experience? No Problem!

Never driven a boat before? You’re in good company.

We provide full training, including:

• Boat operation

• Safety procedures

• Tour content and storytelling

If you’re comfortable talking to people and willing to learn, we’ll take care of the rest.

What We're Looking For

You might be a great fit if you:

• Enjoy talking to people (or want to get better at it)

• Bring positive energy and reliability

• Like being outside and staying active

• Can think on your feet and keep a group engaged

• Are available for weekends and seasonal scheduling

Bonus points if you:
