Looking for a great whitewater river guide job this summer? The 2026 Colorado whitewater rafting season is here and Lost Paddle Rafting in Colorado is seeking EXPERIENCED and highly motivated whitewater rafting guides to start immediately and be available to guide whitewater trips through Labor Day weekend. Lost Paddle Rafting is a growing outfitter offering competitive pay for Royal Gorge qualified guides. On-site camping with limited resources is now available at our NEW outpost located at the turn off to the Royal Gorge Bridge. Come work with a professional outfitter in Colorado, along with a fun group of whitewater professionals. We offer that small-business vibe that other companies just can't compete with. We are not trying to be the biggest, we strive to be the BEST!
**The Arkansas River is experiencing low water conditions this season, and we are looking to expand our staff to run smaller, lighter boats. Low water is a great time to learn the Royal Gorge/Bighorn sections and dial in your guiding skills. The additional help would certainly be appreciated!
**ALSO HIRING Kayak based photographer for Royal Gorge Trips. Must have experience running class IV. Pay TBD.
*Bighorn Sheep Canyon guides, out of training start at $60/half-day trip
*Royal Gorge Guides start at $75/half-day trip, with 5+ seasons of Royal Gorge experience $95/half-day trip
*Lost Paddle operates 2 half-day trips each day, in addition to full-day trips and overnight trips.
Applicants must have prior training and proven experience running class III whitewater commercially. A good work ethic is required
