Lodge at Black Rapids

The Lodge at Black Rapids is a 7,300 sf timber-frame lodge alone in the Eastern Alaska Range — 8 private rooms, a glacier across the river, the historic 1902 Roadhouse beside us. Family-owned, open year-round, guests from all over the world. We're seeking a chef and a caretaker to run the winter with our small crew. Summer rivers and hiking, winter aurora overhead.

2.5 hours south of Fairbanks AK, in the heart of the Eastern Alaska Range settled on a bluff overlooking Black Rapids Glacier and the Delta River in “Alaska’s Last Frontier.”
