Lake Sabrina Boat Landing in the Eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains just above Bishop

We're looking to hire 1 - 2 friendly, enthusiastic, and outdoorsy folks that will share our new onsite RV for employee housing (housing provided for free), and join our 2026 staff at Lake Sabrina Boat Landing and Cafe. 

Who: Friendly, enthusiastic, outdoorsy folks to help us provide an unforgettable experience for our boat rental customers and cafe patrons. We don’t typically hire staffers for a specific job, we work as a team and everyone pitches in. 

Expect to work at the boat docks (clean boats, gas boats, get customers on/off boats), run the cafe-front (taking food & drink orders), serving food, do some cooking (breakfast/lunch & no experience needed), cleaning dishes, work in the store/reservation desk, perform maintenance tasks on any given day, and cleaning of all things daily. 

Timeliness and cleanliness are a must.

This work requires active people with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new things and who take pride in serving the guests that visit our area all season long. This is a great job for people who want to work and play alongside other fun outdoor-oriented people in one of the most spectacular places anywhere.

A passion for the outdoors is an absolute must. Experience hiking, fishing, or boating is helpful. Knowledge of the Eastern Sierra is helpful but not required. Experience working in food service, cooking, hospitality, or working POS helps too but is not required. Applicants must be able to lift 50lbs and be capable of doing physically demanding work at high elevations at 9,150ft.

Attractions nearby: Yosemite, Death Valley, Sequoia National Parks, Wilderness areas, endless hiking trails and backcountry access, numerous stocked lakes and creeks for fishing!
