Help hold staff accountable for professionalism, follow-through, and day-to-day expectations
Support hiring, onboarding, staffing coordination, and employee oversight
Identify operational issues early and help solve problems before they become bigger disruptions

The office runs in a clear, organized, and professional way day to day
Guest communication and reservation details are accurate and timely
Staff understand expectations and follow through on responsibilities
Daily operations move forward with fewer fire drills and less confusion

What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear, confident, and professional communication
Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with Google Workspace and modern office systems preferred
Compensation
$60,000–$72,000 annually, depending on experience.
